By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental/guardian consent. You also warrant that the information provided during registration or checkout is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to product availability and price verification. Radha Fashion Zone reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock, contains incorrect pricing, or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

• Payment methods: Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
• COD limit: Orders up to ₹5,000 can be placed as COD. A nominal COD fee may apply.
• Order confirmation: You will receive an email/SMS confirmation after successful payment or COD verification.

4. Pricing & GST

All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. In such cases, we will notify you and provide the option to reconfirm or cancel the order.

Promotional discounts and coupon codes cannot be clubbed unless specified. Taxes and shipping charges will be added at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India via trusted courier partners (Delhivery, DTDC, India Post). Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Some remote areas may take longer.

• Shipping charges: Free standard shipping for orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat ₹49 fee applies.
• Delay: We are not liable for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, or courier partner issues. However, we will assist you in tracking your order.
• Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address. Additional charges due to wrong address will be borne by the customer.

6. Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Defective, damaged, or wrong items: full refund + return shipping covered by us.
• Change of mind: return shipping to be paid by customer. Refund will be issued as store credit (or original source after deduction of shipping).
• Items marked "Final Sale" or "Innerwear" cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Refund process: Refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days after quality check. For prepaid orders, money is credited back to the original payment method. For COD, a bank transfer or store credit will be issued.

7. User Account & Responsibility

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: transmitting viruses, spamming, scraping product data, or attempting to bypass security measures. Any violation may result in termination of access and legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on Radha Fashion Zone (logos, images, text, graphics, icons) is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any material without prior written consent. Brand names and product images belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radha Fashion Zone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. We encourage resolving disputes informally via our customer support before legal action.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the revision date. Significant changes will be notified via email or site banner. Your continued usage indicates acceptance of updated terms.
