At Radha Fashion Zone, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. However, if you need to return an item, our dedicated team will guide you through the process. This policy applies to all purchases made on our website or through our authorized channels.

Return Window: You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

βœ… Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Original packaging (box, polybag) intact.
  • Accessories, freebies, and invoices must be returned along with the product.
  • Items purchased during sale with "Final Sale" label cannot be returned (clearly mentioned on product page).
  • Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and face masks are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Visit "My Orders" section or email support@radhafashionzone.com with order ID & reason.

Approval & Pickup
Our team will approve within 48 hrs and schedule a reverse pickup (if eligible).

Pack Safely
Pack the item securely with tags & invoice. Courier will collect from your address.

Quality Check
Once received at our warehouse, inspection takes 3-5 business days.

Refund/Exchange
After approval, refund or exchange is processed immediately.

⏱️ Refund Timeline

We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible. Once your return is approved after quality check, the timeline depends on the payment method:

You can choose from the following refund methods during the return request:

  • Original Payment Source: Money credited back to the same account/card (for prepaid orders).
  • Radha Fashion Zone Credit: Get an instant store credit + 5% extra bonus for future shopping.
  • Bank Transfer (for COD orders): Provide your bank details securely via our return portal.

Once a refund method is selected, it cannot be changed after the return is processed.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded (except manufacturing defects):

  • Lingerie, innerwear, shapewear, and socks.
  • Face masks, swimwear (if seal is broken).
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Items marked "Clearance" or "Final Sale" on product page.
  • Free gifts or promotional items.

πŸ”„ Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return request and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges to avoid shipping delays. However, if the exchange is due to a defective/wrong item, we will arrange a free replacement. Contact support for assistance.

❌ Order Cancellation

Before shipment: You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by logging into "My Orders" or contacting support. No cancellation fee applies.
After shipment: Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled; you may initiate a return after delivery.
COD cancellations: If you refuse to accept a COD order, a β‚Ή49 restocking fee may be deducted from future credits.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective / Wrong product (seller fault): Free return pickup arranged by us. No charges.
  • Size or fit issue / Change of mind: Return shipping fee of β‚Ή79 will be deducted from refund amount, or customer can self-ship at actuals.
  • Self-ship address: Radha Fashion Zone Returns, Plot No. 45, Sector 7, New Delhi - 110085. Include order slip.
If you self-ship, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost returns.

πŸ“¦ Damaged / Defective Items Received

We thoroughly check all products before dispatch, but in rare cases, damage may occur in transit. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Take clear photos/video of the package and product within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Email support@radhafashionzone.com with your order ID and images.
  3. Our team will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

For such cases, return shipping is borne by us, and a full refund (including original shipping charges) will be issued.
